Q: Are your products made in the USA?

A: Not only do we manufacture our products in the USA, we produce them with USA sourced steel and process on USA manufactured components. With the owners history in manufacturing and specifically metal working he has often seen inferior quality of imported steel. Buying USA made helps us to ensure the highest quality delivered to your doorstep as well as employing many hard working Americans along the way.

Q: How do I hang my metal art?

A: There are a few ways to hang your metal art. To better answer the question we need to know if it is to be hung indoors or outdoors. For hanging indoors a simple finish nail can be used or use the optional magnetic hangers available in our product line. For hanging outdoors where wind can easily blow the art off it needs to be secured with screws or anchored in place. Our current options for hanging your artwork include addition of screw holes, magnets, and hidden fastener system. Simply select the best one for your application at checkout.

Q: What finish options do you have?

A: Each sign has options for their finish. For most signs (under 48x96”) we powder coat for a long lasting durable finish for both outdoor and indoors. These are available in several standard colors with specialty colors available on request. We can also supply polished, patina, and other custom colors on request.

Q: Do you do custom work?

A: Absolutely! Whether you have an idea for a sign or a picture you want to recreate in metal art we can make your idea a reality. Our software and our people are capable of taking your idea to reality. Simply click for custom piece and send us your information or call us and we will work to make it real.

A: There are many ways of contacting us. You may message us thru Facebook messenger, text us at the number listed below, email us, or simply call us between 9 am and 2 pm eastern time. We strive to get back with you within 24-48 hours.

Q: How soon will I get my order?

A: That depends on our current workload but typically you will receive your order in 1-3 weeks. At the time of ordering you should see an estimated time for your order to be completed and delivered with standard shipping. There is also an option to expedite your order (if available) by in prioritizing it thru our shop and/or shipping rush options.

Q: Do your prices include shipping?

A: Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Q: Where do you ship?

A: Currently we ship our products anywhere in the USA.

Q: Can I track my order?

A: When your order ships we will send tracking information to the provided contact information.

Q: What if my order is not right/damaged/other?

A: Mistakes happen. If your order is not correct, has been damaged during shipment, or something has gone wrong reach out to us and let us know. We will need your order number, picture of the product, and a description of what is wrong. If it is our fault we will rush you a replacement at no cost or refund the cost of your metal art.

Q: How do I determine the correct size of my metal art?

A: We have a couple of options for that as well. Each of our pieces lists the size. You can simply cut out something similar in size and place it to get a representation. Alternatively you can request a proof of your art and we will ship you a print of your exact art to size. You can then use this for correctly sizing your art.

Q: Can I see a preview of the metal art before I buy?

A: We have a preview of the art at the point when you are ready to purchase. In the case of custom metal art we will send you a proof of concept that you approve at the time of order. If you wish you can request a proof and we will send you a full size print of your part to review prior to ordering.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We do not accept returns on custom metal artwork. For unused, undamaged, non custom orders shipped in the last 45 days we will accept returns. Customer will pay return shipping and we will only refund the item price at 75% of the original purchase price.

Q: Do you have a warranty?

A: Our warranty covers any manufacturing defect for a period of 120 days from the date of shipment. If something has gone wrong, reach out to us and let us know.  We will need your order number, picture(s) of the product, and a description of what is wrong. If it is our fault we will rush you a replacement at no cost or refund the cost of your metal art.  This warranty will only cover the cost of the metal art.

Q: What exactly is powder coating?

A: Powder coating is a dry coating process used as a metal finish mostly on industrial equipment. Powder coating is applied as dry powder through an electrostatic process, then cured with heat. It is well known for providing high-quality finishes in terms of both functionality and overall look.

Q: How durable is powder coating?

A:This is hands down one of the most durable coatings you could use as a finish for a variety of surfaces, not just metal. The chemical bonds give a superior coating that makes it suitable for both machinery and everyday items. It holds well to extreme weather and physical impact, meaning it’s resistant to scratches, abrasions, and chips.
