Shipping

The cost and delivery time of your order are estimated online at the checkout.

The estimation is performed according to the weight of items and their destination.

We deliver orders anywhere in the U.S.

 

If your order total amounts to

$3000 or more,

we will deliver your order to any place in the U.S.

Shipping methods

A courier can deliver your order right to your doorstep.

You can also receive your order in one of the Customer Pick Up Centers.

 

Payment

Pay with a Visa or Master Visa card either when you place an order in our store, or right online with our website.

Payment via mobile phone

 

Shipping Policy:

Shipping is calculated at time of checkout.  Currently shipping is only offered for the United States.

Orders typically ship around 2-6 weeks from the order date.  These times will vary during our peak periods. 

We use USPS, UPS, and FEDEX. The specific carriers is chosen at our discretion. 

Shipping damage or other item damage:

If the item is damaged during shipping or is otherwise received damaged then contact us with picture of item, description of problem, and sales receipt at orders@rusticfarmhousedecorandmore.com and we will make it right.  This must be done within 48 hours of receipt of item as shown by tracking information.
