Refund policy

Refunds:

For standard (not custom) parts the customer can contact us and arrange for a refund.  The customer is responsible to pay for shipping to them and return shipping plus a 20% restock fee.  Items must be returned within 3 business days of receipt based on your tracking information.  Contact us at sales@rusticfarmhousedecorandmore.com.  For discounted or sale items refund is based on price at time of sale. For custom orders (personalized) we do not accept returns, issue refunds, or offer exchanges.  If item is incorrect and Rustic Farmhouse Decor and More llc is at fault contact us with picture of item, description of problem, and sales receipt at orders@rusticfarmhousedecorandmore.com and we will make it right.  If the order is incorrect and is not the fault of Rustic Farmhouse Decor and More llc we do not accept returns, issue refunds, or offer exchanges. We encourage you to always verify all options and spelling prior to final order.
