Returns and Exchange
Eligibility of Items for Return or Exchange
To return the items, Customers must submit the copy of proof of purchase and fill in the return request form.
Customers are entitled to notify the Seller of any discovered defects and demand to rectify them within 48 (forty-eight) hours from the moment of receiving the Items from the Seller or the Seller's representatives. The only exception are defects caused by improper handling of the Items by the Customer.
Customers have the right to refuse to take Items and ask for a money refund. In this case the Items must be returned to the Seller, and their consumer properties, factory labels, and ready-for-sale condition are preserved.
To return the Items, you must submit the copy of proof of purchase and fill in the return request form.
Refund and Cancellations:
Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 1 business day of order or before shipping tracking number is provided, whatever comes first.
Refunds:For standard (not custom) parts the customer can contact us and arrange for a refund. The customer is responsible to pay for shipping to them and return shipping plus a 20% restock fee. Items must be returned within 3 business days of receipt based on your tracking information. Contact us at orders@rusticfarmhousedecorandmore.com. For discounted or sale items refund is based on price at time of sale. For custom orders (personalized) we do not accept returns, issue refunds,, or offer exchanges. If item is incorrect and Rustic Farmhouse Decor and More llc is at fault contact us with picture of item, description of problem, and sales receipt at orders@rusticfarmhousedecorandmore.com and we will make it right. If the order is incorrect and is not the fault of Rustic Farmhouse Decor and More llc we do not accept returns, issue refunds, or offer exchanges. We encourage you to always verify all options and spelling prior to final order.
